1. Acceptance of terms
This platform ("Beba Export", "the platform") is an internal operations tool built and operated by Beba Export for managing our own customers, shipments, and invoicing. By signing in and using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can use this platform
Access is restricted to authorized Beba Export staff, who sign in with a Google account on an allow-list maintained by us. This is not a public or self-service platform, and accounts are not available to the general public.
3. Acceptable use
The platform may only be used to conduct legitimate Beba Export business: recording customers, shipments, invoices, and related operational data. Users agree not to enter false records, share their login access with unauthorized people, or use the platform for any purpose outside of Beba Export's business operations.
4. Third-party integrations
The platform can connect to QuickBooks Online to sync invoice and billing data. Connecting an integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time from the Integrations page. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is shared with connected services.
5. Availability and changes
The platform is provided as an internal tool without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, or update these terms, at any time.
6. Limitation of liability
Beba Export provides this platform on an as-is basis for internal use. To the extent permitted by law, Beba Export is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
