1. Overview

Beba Export ("Beba", "we", "us") operates an internal platform for managing customers, shipments, and invoicing for our export logistics business. This policy explains what information we collect through that platform, how we use it, and how it is protected.

2. Information we collect

• Staff account information: name and email address, obtained via Google Sign-In, used to authenticate staff who access the platform.
• Customer and shipment records: customer names and contact details, box descriptions, dimensions, declared values, photos, and shipping status, entered by our staff to operate the business.
• Billing information: invoice records generated from shipment data.
• Audit logs: a record of actions staff take in the platform (e.g. creating or editing a record), including who performed the action and when.

3. QuickBooks Online integration

We use the QuickBooks Online API to sync invoices between Beba Export and our company's QuickBooks account. Connecting this integration shares invoice and customer billing data (such as customer name, invoice amounts, and due dates) with QuickBooks Online, and allows us to read and write accounting data on behalf of our own connected company. We do not share this data with any other third party. Access can be revoked at any time from the Integrations page, which disconnects the connection and stops any further data exchange.

4. How we use information

Information collected is used solely to operate Beba Export's shipping and invoicing business: tracking shipments, billing customers, and maintaining accurate business records. We do not sell or rent this information to third parties.

5. Data retention and security

Data is stored in an access-controlled database and is only accessible to authorized staff signed in through Google Sign-In. Session cookies are used to keep staff signed in and are not shared with third parties.
